My Question or Issue

Hi there,

I am trying to change my country from Cyprus to United Kingdom in order to be able to link my UK bank account to spotify. Right now, it won't let me access it as I suspect my account says my country is cyprus.

I am changing the country to UK but when I go to Account Overview it continues to tell me that I am in Cyprus.

Hi! The only country you'll see in the dropdown menu will be the one you're currently in. Are you physically in the UK? If you are, are you using a VPN? VPNs don't work well with Spotify, so it would be worth trying to disabling VPN

If you take a subscription with a UK payment card, the country in your account will change automatically to UK. Keep in mind that you can only do this in the UK.

If it's still not working, try it via a different web-browser and different network.
