Country settings

Country settings

We want to create a family account based on our current account and we are unable to change the country setting to US because it is locked at Sweden(SE). We are unable to log on using the invites sent as all our other devices are set to US and we live in the US.  We appriciate all support/commenst to be ablee to change the the country to US.

Hey @Sten2,

 

You can change your account's country by updating your payment method and billing address to an US payment method and billing address.

I have tried that a couple of times with no succes - change to country US and use US credit card and the update still show SE in my account overview. Please advise hoe to adjust so I get US as country

The new payment method and country settings be in effect from your next payment date.

Ok, great. How can I be sure that it will be change to US at next payment in mid-September. What I have done subsciption for Family and changed credit card to US based. I mean I don't want wait until payment in mid-October if I missed anything. Please confirm that tehre is not anything else I should do, thanks.

Well if you updated your payment method and billing address to an US payment method and billing address, then it should be in effect from your next payment date.
