Credit Card Charged - Did NOT subscribe to Premium Spotify

Credit Card Charged - Did NOT subscribe to Premium Spotify

I used the contact form yesterday to address this issue and got a canned form letter back saying I should post on the community forum. My credit card was charged for an account I did not subscribe to. I have the free version of Spotify and the credit card that was charged has never been associated with my Spotify account. I've already contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I would like to know what Spotify can do to help me as well. Who can I contact?

Did you get an automated reply? Make sure to reply to it directly (despite the fact it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the staff.

Let me know your 8 digit case number, and I'll escalate it to the staff so it can be sped along.

I am just about to send a reply to your case 2905553 - could you please send the requested details back via that email thread?  I will then run a search and see if I can find where the payment went.
