Deactivate shuffle mode

Hi,

I am a Premium Spotify User but I still can only play an album in shuffle mode in my android device.

I would like to play it record by record.

Amy ideas?

Did you try to just choose one of the songs in the album? Then it's suppose to play it by the order

Hey @Dschingis1989, welcome to the community!

In case you've recently purchased Premium but can't use the features on your mobile device, make sure you don't have multiple accounts following these steps. You might be logging into the wrong account.

If you only have one Spotify account, try reinstalling Spotify on your mobile device. You can also turn Shuffle off following the steps on the picture attached to this post.

Once Shuffle is off, just touch the first song of the album and it should play it in order.
