Hi I'd like to unsubscribe and delete my account. I can't find out how to do it. Regards Sine

Firstly, if you have Premium or Unlimited, cancel your current subscription following the steps here so you don't get further billed:

Then to request your account be fully deleted (if you want, you can just leave it on free in case you want to come back!), follow the steps in this post:

I am trying to delete my old account before getting a new one. #01887600.  The lack of responce makes me think a new account  maybe is'nt a good idea.

@Hubb - How long ago did you open that case? If you could also reply to the automated email containing that number that will bump your case in the queue.
