I'm trying to delete my account, but the process is redeculous. My accounts email is an old email I don't use, but when I tried to change it Spotify said that email was already in use. So i tried logging in with that email but I failed. I tried clicking forgot password but when I entered my actual email Spotify said I loggeed in using my facebook. WHEN I LOG IN USING MY FACEBOOK IT'S JUST MY NORMAL ACCOUNT WITH THE WRONG EMAIL. My actual email is very clearly not actually being used. PLEASE HELP ME DELETE MY ACCOUNT NOW. I want to make a new one that uses my actual email and doesn't use facebook. I'm very dissapointed in the account managment and customer support spotify has.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

If you submit this online contact form; someone at Spotify can sort this out for you.
Once you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
