Delete my account

I want to delete my account on Spotify and I don't know how. I used the contact form in orde to do this but I don't receive any specific solution.

Can anybody help me, please?

Have you received an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages? You need to reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible. Please also check your spam folder.. If you received a case number, you can post it here so we can escalate it for.
