Deleted Spotify App on Facebook, Now I can't access my account.

Deleted Spotify App on Facebook, Now I can't access my account.

I removed the Spotify app from my facebook account, not realizing I would no longer be able to access my Spotify account at all.  I had to re-enroll as a new user in Spotify.  When I search my name, I can find my old account and all of my playlists, but I have no idea how I can log in on that account again and access all of them.  I have Premium on my original account, so I don't want to pay for it on a new account, and I don't want to keep paying for it on the old one if I can't access it.

Hi rosalulay, if you filled the contact form, you should received an automated message, you need to reply that message (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the employees of Spotify will get you back as soon as possible.

 

Make sure you checked all the folders of your mail, don't forget "Spam folder".

@rosalulay - If you could also post your 8-digit case number here we can ask someone to chase it up for you.

I also accidentally deleted the app from my facebook account. Anyone who can help me retrieve my old account where all my playlists are on? My ID number is: 11132122536

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and help you with this:

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

I also had this problem however just made a new account (it was free account) and started again i didnt have many playlist so not much of issue.

 

however i do agree with the facebook connected to spotify is a bit annoying. 

Hi Peter, sorry to bombard you, but my facebook account has been separated from my actual premium spotify account too. I try to log back in with my facebook details and it says "Create a new account". I have even pressed that and it says error, probably because it registers my facebook account as one that already has a spotify account. It just can't find it.
