Deleted playlist showing up in google results for my full name

I have an old playlist that has been deleted for a long time. But it is showing up in google search results for my full name. 

First, how can I remove this?

Second, how did my full name get associated with this and how can I stop this from happening again?

There is no way to remove this - Google will slowly remove it if it isn't used, and as per your second question you probably have your facebook account linked with your Spotify account, so that is where 🙂
