Device connected to my account that I never connected to.

There’s are 2 devices (sound touch 30 and Samsung s7) that recently I noticed were connected to my Spotify. I have no idea what any of these are and I try to hit forget device and it works for a few seconds and then it automatically tries to reconnect to soundbar 30. How do I get these off of my account? It makes listening to music impossible!
