Didn't the premium offer and still charged me

I tried to get the Premium offer of 3 months for $0.99 and after applying the credit card, it said that I had already applied to a previous offer, so I couldn't to this. Anyway, I was charged with $0.99. I did this with my wife account, a the same happened, so I have two charges of $0.99 and don't have the Premium offer.

 

I want a refund or that offer be enabled.

Can you double-check the email addresses associated with the two accounts? If there is no payment confirmation email from Spotify, then those charges are only pending and should be canceled within 24 hours. If they aren't canceled by then for some reason, let me know and I can help you get in contact with Spotify customer service!

I didn't receive any email from Spotify, but the charge still remains in my bank statement. I can give a coulpe of days to see if the transaction is in transit.

Very odd. All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
