Differences between Spotify USA and Spotify Australia

I'm considering converting my USA account to an Australian account, primarily because my access to a USA method of payment is becoming difficult.  Anybody know what the musical difference between the two countries is like?  ie.  What music am I going to lose going from a USA account to an Australia account.  Any help would be fantastic.
