Spotify premium was charged to my credit card while the app was deleted .now i cant access premium

I got the app back when I saw I had been charged but my premium subscription isn't showing up. Paying for a service I'm not using is frustrating. Can you help please?

Hi there, maybe you have 2 Spotify account. One created before with an email address, and now you have an other Spotify account connected through Facebook. If you have many email address it can happen to. If this is your case, I can show you how to link your 2 accounts together.
