Different emails for spotify login and subscription

Hi. This is with regards to my subscription. I have subscribed to the spotify subscription through GLOBE Philippines from which payment will be made. Problem is the email I used for my subscription is my gmail account but I used my facebook account in signing up my spotify. So everytime I open my spotify there is still this option that I should go premium when in fact I have already subscribed to premium. Please help me what to do. I once used the gmail account, which I used in my subscription, in my fb but that account was already deactivated.
