Disabled facebook account

I am not the first who cannot use spotify anymore due to a disabled facebook account, but I didn't really find a solution here on the forum. The one thing that was suggested in one of the posts was to submit the contact form, but for this you first have to log in ...

Anyhow, I got a premium account 2 months ago and I would like to do one of the following:

1) Break the facebook connection and log in directly into spotify (prefered option)

or otherwise,

2) Cancel my premium account.

Anyone a suggestion? It would be highly appreciated.

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. With this anonymous online contact form, you can reach them without subscribing to / having access to a Spotify account.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.
