I switched to family premium plan but already have premium will be twice? also how can I play music on phone & desktop at the same time but listening to different music

Hey @teya40,

When you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, any remaining time you've already paid for is converted into a Premium for Family subscription. This can bring your next payment date forward. (See your subscription page.)

All members will be able to listen to different songs at the same time as all member have their own Spotify account.

You can invite them to your Premium for Family plan by following the instructions from this support article: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/premium_for_family/premium-for-family/
