Discover weekly not updating

Discover weekly not updating

My discover weelky has not updated. I have logged in and logged out, restarted the program but still not updated. Any help?

Can you please send me the URI of your Discover Weekly?

 

Right click > Copy Spotify URI

Also, can you try unfollowing, and then following your Discover Weekly again? You'll be able to follow your Discover Weekly again under Browse > Discover. 

 

After you've done that, please wait until next Monday to see if it updates.

I had already unfollowed and refollowed the discover weekly playlist and it did not work. I have also not been listening to private sessions lately. I always listen while connected to the internet.
The other day I did lose all the music that was downloaded on my laptop. I don't know why, I restarted my computer, opened Spotify and all my downloaded playlists had been switched off and the songs gone. I had to switch all the playlists back to download again. I do not know if this has anything to do with what has happed with my discover weekly but just thought it might help you solve the issue.

That's odd. Although it'd require you re-downloading any offline content again, we'd recommend heading to your account page here, and removing all of your offline devices. This should fix up any hiccups that might have caused that to happen!

With regards to your Discover Weekly, we're sorry to hear it's not updated yet.

Now that you've unfollowed > refollowed the playlist, can we ask you to wait until next Monday?
