Discrepancy with Charges

Hi

I recently signed up for premium using a student discount. Spotify finally seems to be acknowledging that I have a premium account instead of a free trial. However, now my account overview says

"Your Spotify Premium subscription will be automatically renewed 2014-07-08 and charged $9.99 + $0.00 Sales tax every 1 month, unless you cancel your subscription before that time....A discount is applied to your current subscription"

What is happening with my account?
