Double charges for one account

Double charges for one account

I have been paying for spotify premium for several years now. It started with my mobile telefon and we set up an acount for my wife.
My wife uses the account and spotify charges her as well
Spotify bills us sereratly for the sam account
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND A PERSON ON SPOTIFY TO DISCUSS THIS WITH

It's odd that this happens, but the best thing you can do is get in contact with our Accounts team. You can reach them via email here, oron Twitter or Facebook at @SpotifyCares. They should be able to help you with this.

Thanks for the tip - unfortunately the problem is logging inn. 

My profile seems to be a mix of 2 accounts. I need to do a reset every time i log in

I need a normal "e-mail" contact - not a forum that I have to log in to

Who can I contact - PLEASE don't give me a forum that I have to log into - it doesnt work.

I dont have facebook and am not interested i gettin an acount just to comunicate with spotify  - whom I am paying for aservice - twice!
