Det har dragits två gånger från kontot både för september och october.

Vad kan göras.

Alltså dubbla avgiter  för både Sep o Oct.



Hi! if you would use english as the language, you would get more of a response. From what I understand as the question here is that you have been double charged on Sept and Oct by mistake.


if this is the case, then I'd say to contact the using Contact Form or sit tight and wait for a reply from the staff.


I'd suggest using the contact form. If you get an automated reply,just reply it again with the same message and it should go through.
