Hi,

 

I honestly have NO idea what is going on with spotify, but now it seems like I will likely be charged twice because spotify can't get the right darn account associated with my payment. I tried to create a new account and use my payment for it, but it went to some random old account and applied a payment there. So I had to cancel that and try again for the actual new account I created. I have no confirmation of any cancellation, and so my card may be associated with both the account I want and some random old account and it looks like I will be getting charged twice each month until someone fixes this, which is quite frustrating. Can someone on the spotify team please aim to resolve this issue?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

As this is a payment issue, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to sort it out for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Who's your Spotify Star?

I'm having the same issue!  I was billed yesterday and then again today.  I've tried going to the online contact form but it just won't let me upload/send a question to the support team.  Can someone help?? 

Sam - I've been trying for an hour to make the contact us form work and it won't!  Can you please help me figure out why I'm getting billed twice?

All billing issues need to go through that team, since those cases almost always require some verification details which are private so can't happen here on the community. 

 

Try using this form instead, does that work?
