Email in the wrong language

I opted in to receive marketing emails, because I wanted to hear about new music and concerts nearby. However, because I live in Singapore, Spotify has decided to send me those emails in Chinese. Apparently (and please correct me if I'm wrong), there is no way to change this. Spotify chooses the language based on your account country, which with premium is tied to your credit car). This is stupid for two reasons. Firstly, I'm sure there are many people who would prefer to receive emails in a language other than the official language of the country they live in. Secondly, and more importantly, many countries have more than one official language. Singapore has four, for example, and Canada, Switzerland and Belgium all have multiple official languages. How can Spotify guess which one each individual subscriber will prefer? Please give us a way of choosing the language for ourselves.
