Email log in and Facebook log in !!!help!!!

I logged into Spotify via my email (with premium) and got premium I logged out and logged Jo via Facebook (without) and now I have TWO accounts! One with premium and one without.
But I want my Facebook tm have the premium. SPOTIFY can you please transfer my premium over because I don't want to pay $40 each month for two accounts, one I will not be using. And I can't find where to cancel the premium account because when I put my email in it says it's wrong when it's not. When I used my premium I can't add my Facebook to it because it says it's already used to am account.
I also can't find how to delete my Facebook log in account so I then could only have my premium account.
Please help!!!!
