Someone was using my email with a fake account "francy_ammirati". I suddenly deleted cpmpletely that account(email received, etc etc) then I create mine. Paid with the browser for the 3 moths premium at 0.99 euro and payment was successfully completed. But my account is still a free one and not premium. I'm afraid that the payment was done to the fake account and not mine. But now that account doesn't exist anymore and I'm worried that at the end of the trial I'll pay twice premium full rates. Wrote email to support but still no reply. What to do?
All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
