My account is being charged $9.99 every month but my account does not have a premium subscription. It is saying am under the "free" category. How do I cancel this and stop my account from being charged when my account doesn't even show a subscription listed?

This doesn't sound good, but I'm here to help, so no worries!

 

The best place to start checking here would be your accounts overview page. Can you go here and log in? If the page says Spotify Free, this may suggest you have a second account thats upgraded to Premium.

 

If this is the case, then please contact the team here. We'll sort this out for you right away.
