Error 408

Error 408

Hi,

 

I was using spotify in the UK but have now moved to Spain. After 14 days the error code 408 came up, so I followed the advice on forums however I am still unable to log in. 

 

I chekced IP address; it is Spanish. I then updated the country on my Profile to Spain. I still cannot access my account.

 

What do I do?

In this case, please get in touch with Spotify Support so they can look into this. You can contact them via Twitter, Facebook, or email:

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

I have the same problem but in China. I am using a VPN in my school and it still says Error code 408 and it is the same problem on my phone. Does anyone know how to help me?
