Error 408

When I try and log in, I can not log in as an error sign comes up saying "Your country does not match the one set up in your profile.  To continue use, update your profile or upgrade your Spotify account.  

My profile has only one option for location and that is the UK.

I have not tried using spotify outside of the UK and I have never taken this computer outside of the UK, so I am unsure why Spotify thinks I am not in the UK.

Can this be fixed?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

You will never get error 408 on an active premium account, so something is not quite right there! 

Can you just double check your subscription is still showing as premium on your online overview and you are logging in using the correct details on your device?
