Hello,

 

As of yesterday I can't log in to my Spotify account using my Spotify account details.

The interface appears but I get a 410 error code forcing me in offline mode, also saying that my username or password is wrong. 

 

I've tried to reset the password, but I'm not getting the mail, maybe I've been hacked?

Curcz - It appears that the problem you're experiencing appears to be payment related. Please get in touch here, let us know the case # and we'll escalate your case to our payments team.

thank you for your response.

It is however unhelpful.

 

I will go through the problem in detail.

My e0300752 account does not let me in, error 410

 

If I order a new password with e0300752 .... I do not recieve it (yes, i checked spam, and thrash folders)

 

If i try to order a password with my e-mail that is linked to e0300752  i.e.  anton.salmi[at ]pomaco.fi

Spotify tells me that "account does not exist with this e-mail".

This is weird as I do get advertisements from spotify to the anton.salmi[at ]pomaco.fi

e-mail and playlist reccommendations also.

 

So now I am really confused, e0300752 exists but will not work, and the e-mail connected to e0300752 does "not exist" according to spotify.

 

 

And Icing on the cake: Facebook account is a totally different spotify account, so I can not acces my playlists through that either.

 

My case nr from spotify is  #00873557

I asked the team to contact my alternate e-mail because I fear that I have been hacked on my old e-mail as the new passwords never come. They have not contacted me yet.

 

Also payment should not be a issue as I have premium, I have money on my credit card and I have recieved no e-mail that I would be running low on funds from you guys.

I've been having a similar issue where I'm unable to log in with my normal username (aahenry87) and password for the last few days. Trying to reset my password doesn't work as my email address is not recognised. It has given me the 410 error code as well.

Would anyone be able to provide some advice on what to do to get my account working again?

Hey @aahenry87 ! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this, error 410 is a bit of a tricky error to get to the bottom of without being able to see your account details. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have the same problem ;-( Meredith please help! Can you check what is wrong with my spotify premium account??

This is not my real account, just a fake, its because otherwise I can not write here. I think my username is 1112983240 and my email is <<SNIP>>. I miss my Spotify Premium ;-(.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this, error 410 is not something we can normally solve here on the community. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

I'm also just going to remove a few duplicate posts and hide your email address to stop you getting any spam 😉

6-7 days is a pretty long time - can you let us know the case number (#) in that automated email reply?
