Eu não consigo receber o link no email para alteração da senha.

Eu não consigo receber o link no email para alteração da senha.

Eu sei que o email está correto porque eu estou logado no app, mas eu não consigo logar no laptop, porque não sei a senha, eu já pedi a alteração da senha mas eu não recebo o email. Já vi no spam e nada.

Can you try resetting your password here using a different browser or private window? If that doesn't work, you can try the same steps using a different device or a different network connection, if possible.

Can you try resetting your password here using a different browser or private window? If that doesn't work, you can try the same steps using a different device or a different network connection, if possible.

Thank you very much, I put the link in the Opera browser and it worked. I managed to change the password. Thanks.
