Existing Spotify Unlimited on new device?

Existing Spotify Unlimited on new device?

Since 2012 i have a Spotify Unlimited subscription, listening to music on my laptop and mobile phone (windows). This week i changed my mobile phone (android) and i only get the free version. It seems there is no access to Unlimited on my new device anymore!  On the laptop it is no problem though and i still pay E4,99 a month. I read in a article dd 19-02-16 that this Unlimited subscription is no longer available for new accounts but there are no changes for existing ones.

How can i get my existing Spotify Unlimited subscription on my new device?

Hey @JdJ2017!

Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to the community.

The Spotify Unlimited subscription will only remove the ads when you're using the desktop app. On mobile devices, it'll work as a Free subscription.

If you want to listen on demand and have an ad free experience on mobile, along with offline listening and other perks, we suggest upgrading to Premium.

Cheers.

My Spotify Unlimited was changed to Free on my desktop, without my permission, and without notification.  I understand the mobile restrictions, but how do I get it back on Desktop?

I have the same, how do I get it back?
