I have to renew my card details but can not fet further from country. I am in Sweden and postal code is 64791. If I fill it in the answer i get is "oos. something went wrong... yada yada yada... What du I have to do? Card is expired already. I have new one but i cant renew the information. Frustrated...

You can try to remove old card from Spotify first and then try to add another. Also make sure card is enabled for Internet payments as well. If you have still trouble, try with another browser. You can also contact to Customer serveice from Contact page - they are happy to help you!
Also, do you know that you can purchase Premium using e-cards here?

Hi!
My credit card has expired, I was able to remove it but can´t add a new one. I get this message: "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area"
How can I solve it?

Still doesnt work... I cant even remove my old card.
When i click on "remove payment method" will just come back on the page "The following payment card is currently used for payment"
card details and message that card is expired. So sad...
I have loggen in and out gazillion times and tried all the different browsers too..
does anyone want to be my "Spotify Star"? ...Please!

You won't be able to remove those card details when you have an active subscription. Just add your new card first, and then remove the old one.

it still doesnt work. the difference now is that my old card details are gone but i still can not add new one. ...or subscribe new premium period. when i try to do the last one i just end up on the validating page and it will never show.
when i try to add payment method the same problem occurres with postal code and i just get message with "oops! somethong went wrong etc"
I am having same problem... cant remove current credit card which is about to excpire... cant add either a new card or paypal.
