FB account linked with Spotify blocked, can't access it now

Hi

My FB account is blocked now because of 3 wrong password tries, and I created it as a test account to test apps I develop, so I don't remember the birthdate I gave while creating it, and the birthdate is needed to unblock it. So basically I can't unblock this account.

Because of this, I can't access my spotify account as well. I have access to that email address but it won't let me create a new spotify account tied to that email address as well. 

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.

Hi,

You can try to use your current email asking for a password reset. You will be able to login using Spotify username and your new password.

If you can't get a password reset or your original login was via Facebook meaning you can't login if the account is disabled, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get you set up on a new account with all of your playlists. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
