FIX MY spotify pls

can u please help me. i tried some other network just to try if there’s a problem in our wifi but it seems like the application SPOTIFY have the problem. please help me.

We can see for the screenshot you sent that you're using a VPN connection. In this case we suggest that you disable it in order to use Spotify without a problem.

If your account was created with an username, make sure to use that username and not your email address to log in.

It seems you're using a public Wi-Fi therefore a VPN is secure~

But sure. It should work without VPN.
