Facebook account not working

I have a problem with spotify and facebook account connection.

I made a spotify account and accidentally linked it with my facebook and now the account that was linked before is gone.

I can view the profile as 123088654 but when I log in with my facebook account it doesn't log into my old account.

What's wrong with it?

You need to log in with your old Spotify details.

Well the thing is my old spotify account WAS my facebook account. I didn't make a separate spotify account.

I just made one last night so that I could copy over my playlists from my facebook one.

However when I accidentally connected the spotify account to facebook it somehow made a new profile with my old facebook account and even when I disconnected facebook from the spotify account and I try to log in using my facebook account it somehow made a new account and I can only see the old one as 123088654 and can't access it.

It sounds like you have merged your two accounts. 

Your playlists from the old Facebook log in will still be there, you just can't access them. 

I would suggest you drop the team a message directly using the online contact form and someone will be able to look into this for you.
