Hello, my facebook account was disabled due to a complaint that is not true and already got in touch with Facebook to resolve that, but where it was used for premium spotfy, I can not log into my account premium spotfy and created another to get in touch with the company to resolve the case.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to disconnect your Spotify account from your Facebook account if you've signed up to Spotify via Facebook. You could reach out to Spotify Support so they can move all your stuff (such as Playlists, saved Music etc.) from your current Spotify account to a new Spotify account.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

What do you mean by that? The transfer can only be done by Spotify Support and you can contact them through one of the channels above.
