Family Account Impossible?

Family Account Impossible?

Hi, I recently moved from The Netherlands to Costa Rica. My premium account (and my credit card billing) resides in NL, but I live here in CR with my wife and children. A few months ago I subscriubed to the Family plan, but since then have not been able to activate the accounts I created for them, because by default theirs are based in CR, whilst I cannot move my account here since my credit card billing address is (and has to remain) in NL. Is there a way for me to actually use the Family Plan, or shoudl I forget about it? Thanks in advance!
