Family Plan: cannot log into one of our accounts

I am trying to help my daughter log in to her account. I have her password saved but I do not know her username. When I log into spotify to look at my family plan it only shows her first name. Because she is a minor I am not sure what email address, if any, we used to set up her account. However, it is not a kids account, it is a regular account.
