Family Premium not working

Family Premium not working

Hi, we have family premium and still can't listen on multiple devices simultaneously. Help please. beyond frustrated.

Keep in mind that with Premium for Family, you and all your family members must have an independent account in order to take full advantage of this subscription. You can find more info about this here.
