My Question or Issue

Hi.

I have a new mobile phone and premium doesn't work with my email anymore. I can only use Spotify Free, my family uses Premium. I'm the owner and receive bills.

Would you please fix this.

I have signed again, restarted and uploaded from play store and changed the password.

You stated that you got a new mobile phone. Is Spotify Premium still runnning on your old mobile and do you own other devices where you're logged in with you e-mail?

It sounds like you are logged into a different account which is a Free account. Try opening your mailbox and find the email you received when starting a subscription. This email contains a username which you may use to login to your Premium account.

 

That should do the trick! Let us know if you have further questions.
