Family invite process not working

Family invite process not working

My husband got the family plan and sent me an invite.  i entered invite code and moved to next screen.  Fill out the next screen and submitted.  Was asked to confirm I live in the same house and confirmed.  Then I was sent back to the invitation screen to start all over.  This happens every time. How to I get set up?

Try accepting the invitation using an incognito window to see if it makes any difference.
