Family invite will not accept the correct login in details.

Family invite will not accept the correct login in details.

Bought a Family sub and sent an invite to my wife. When she accepts the link and submits her login info, they are refused.

The log in she uses are correct as I have watched her log out, then back in toSpotify using the login the and pw that the invite refuses to accept. Any ideas?

Can you try to delete your browser cache/cookies and try it again? We also recommend trying from an incognito window or a different browser/device.

Thanks for the suggestion. I manged to solve it. It seemed to be related to my wife's Facebook login details. Once we changed those, she was able to accept the invite link.
