Family member is not receiving email with code for premium for family

Family member is not receiving email with code for premium for family

I have recently setup a premium for family account and have successfully invited 3 members of my family to the account and they had no issue. I tried adding a fouth member but they never received an email from spotify with a code. I tried resending the invitation to join but they still have yet to receive an email. Is there anything I can do to get that family member to receive the email?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

If this is still happening, can you try sending the invite again from a different browser/incognito window?

 


We'd also recommend double-checking you're following the exact steps here, and that the email's not gone into the junk/spam folder. 

If this doesn't do the trick, give us a shout. We'd love to keep helping.
