Family member isn't getting the Invite Email!

Family member isn't getting the Invite Email!

I upgraded to family plan and sent the invite email but my family member is not getting the email at all! What do I do?!

Check and make sure the email is entered correctly, check the account username and that there is ana ccount associated with that email, use incognito and resend the invite as well as checking the spam..etc, does it help?
