Family plan

Family plan

I recieved the invitation for family plan, i nave a free account but i can t change it. I ve tried several times and always an error Message appears. Thanks.

Cool plan you got there 🙂

 

To accept a Premium for Family invitation, open the link you received and click ACCEPT INVITATION.

 

Since you mentioned you already have Free account, you’ll be redirected to a new browser that contains a pre-filled token. Click REDEEM.

 

If that didn't work for you, try accepting the invite via private/incognito window.

 

In case all else fails, I would then suggest that you contact your Premium for Family owner to resend you another one (either via invitation link or entering your correct email address). See information here in changing a member.
