Family subscription

Family subscription

Added a family member to premium spotify acct. He doesnt have the premium features like downloading his playlist... he entered all the codes and got logged in under the family acct but its like hes on free acct

Hey Tara! Welcome to the community!

 

That doesn't sounds right... Can you make sure he is logged in on the right account? Some users have two account, you can check that using this guide.
