Favorites list doesn't sync and got messed up

Hi,

I have the feeling that the favorites list (the starred tracks) can help me to benefit the great spotify experience. So, I would like to start over building my favorites list.

I deleted my favorite tracks using the Mac client for Spotify. I thought it would sync my favorites list on my iphone as well. But it doesn't. It got all messed up.

My mac client for spotify says it has 218 tracks in favorites, but it doesn't show one. The spotify app on my iphone hasn't synced anything at all. The favorites list on my iphone shows the same 3218 tracks as before.

I would like to clean my favorites list totaly, and start with a clean list of starred tracks. Can you help me out, thnx in advance

Are you using version 0.9.0.133 on your Mac by any chance? (Spotify > About)

There is currently a known playlist synchronisation issue in that version of the client, meaning any large playlist changes don't get updated on the Spotify servers correctly. The issue has been corrected in v0.9.1.x which is currently rolling out across the Spotify network, so it should hit your systems soon which should resolve this issue on its own. 

Until then, I would suggest using an alternative playlist.
