Following list is empty

I cant see the artists im following on the following list, it says that im not following anyone  but when I click on an artist that I know I follow, it says that I am following that artist. Have tried restarting spotify multiple times. The list is also empty when i log in on mobile too.

Do those followed artists appear in the Artist tab of Your Music collection?

Yeah they do, but there are also alot of artists that I know I dont follow there
