Forgot my username password and email and account not connected to Facebook. What should I do? But I have my bank account and all that so yeah plss help

Please contact Spotify Support through this contact form so we can help you find your account back; 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.
