Forgot my Family...

Forgot my Family...

I have had a premium family account for months now but I was charged for a regular premium account instead. Why did this happen and how can it be fixed?

Hey @Nysfinest318!

 

This could happen when the Premium for Family subscription is cancelled and the resubscription goes through as a regular Premium account.
