Cannot change Artist picture

I want to update my Artist picture. NOT my profile picture. 

I want to change the picture on my artist page (the one that everyone else sees above my albums)

Help?

yeah ive read this one. tried to do it several times. i dont see the Blue "edit images" button anywhere.

Hmm, that's odd. Are you trying to edit it using the desktop app?
